When I checked out and applied the 3 day select and added a coupon (which could've been free shipping) what I saw on my total was different than charged. I have a screenshot of the screen I saw right before I clicked complete order. Immediately after seeing the price difference I called the company, but no answer, so I immediately emailed a response with screenshots showing the error their system had made. Still no responses. When I finally got through to someone, they said there was nothing they could to do. I asked for a refund since this was a glitch in their system and it was misleading, what I saw on my final confirmation was NOT what I was charged.
Complaint Summary
My final checkout screen had a dollar amount of 130.48 but I was charged 180.48
