I have read the complaints shown here and frankly I'm shocked. I have done business with Monex and continue to do say. These transactions are $50,000 plus so we're not talking about chicken feed here. I have never had any problems with them. Once in a while ,on a busy day, it might take my representative 15-20 minutes to return my calls. I receive all of my documentation on time and am also cautioned on any and all associated risks. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism.
