I'm a small town entrepreneur in Pa. I own (6) company's and have over (25) employees. I know the meaning of good business. I have made several transactions through Dan Wales at Monex. All have been very profitable and positive experiences. I read some of the negative bashing on their website and thought it was time to tell it like it really is! Sounds like all the complaints were investors who failed to read the entire contractual agreement? Dan Wales has always been neutral and (never) pushy or misleading. My recommendation to those unhappy investors is pay more attention to your sales reps and stand up to the plate, take your forfeitures and move on... I highly recommend Monex to anyone who is thinking of buying bullion or coins. I tried leaving a review on the BBB website and they told me they did away with that feature, (really?)
