If I could post a review with a negative star count, I would do it. I also wish I had been warned about dealing with Monaco Realty before my first (and last) encounter with them. They will cheat you and I would warn anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. If you are an unfortunate soul currently in contracts with these people that you CAN NOT get out of, I would implore you to please, please double and triple check all contracts with a fine tooth comb. I would also stay away from any inspection or contractor services that MonacoRealty would recommend you use. It would appear that the company employs liars and cheaters who will do their best to swindle you out of a penny if they can do so... My unfortunate experience has cost me more than a penny... I'm looking at thousands of dollars that I have been cheated out of through deceptive contracts, and issues of non-disclosure to name a few of their tactics.
In a nutshell, Eliana Manive Badiola is listed in my transaction as the employer of her husband, Manuel Badiola who apparently was the property owner, seller/realtor, in GREAT with the broker, and from what I understand, handled all contractor work on my transaction. The perfect business formula to cheat any unsuspecting client out of thousands and they do so with precision.
Robert Sanchez, another member of this team, supposedly handles quality control for the company. This one in truth is as deceptive and difficult to get a hold of as his employers.
Mike Verlingo of "Accurate Inspections Inc." works VERY closely with Monaco realty and their endeavors. This inspection service is to be avoided at all costs.
Long and short... Stay away from Monaco Realty. I hope this posting helps someone avoid a truly unfortunate situation like mine.
