I was an out of state refinance client. I made the initial contact November 6, 2012 and the closing was completed January 24, 2013, a little over 2 months. I submitted all the requested documents to them within hours of their request. However, there were numerous holidays to contend with during the process, so that may have been part of the delay in the process.
My original loan was 4.75% fixed 30 years and the new re-fi loan was 3.75% fixed over 25 years. My contacts at Pacific Trust were Greg Taddeo and Linda Theriault. Both of them were professional.
