Very unsatisfied with them

As a member of a class action lawsuit against Centex, that was settled approximately one year ago, I cannot get the attorney responsible for the case to returns call or emails. Her assistant, responsible to interact with class members when she is not available, doesn't return messages, either. The only recourse is to formally file a complaint thru the California State Bar to see if they can get a pulse from this firm. As an attorney myself, this treatment of class members is extremely irresponsible. The two times I did get calls back (one year ago, after I threatened to go the State Bar), the explanation of the delays in distributing money to class members made no sense. I cannot condemn them across the board, but only on this particular lawsuit and their behavior in returning my calls and emails. Others may have had more favorable results.
