My home has been locked in the class action home defect lawsuit since 2009. Lots of solicitation to sign documents and send information then the trail of information goes cold. I have been calling, emailing, and writing this attorney about my home defects
for 7 solid months now and can not get anywhere with pertinent information on getting my settlement to fix the issues in my home. Attorney's assistant says the Attorney will call and never does, emails go unanswered, and phone calls when put through leave
all questions still unanswered as the attorney is the only one who can answer. Need answers and need to find someone who can help me get the answers. Hiring another attorney to contact this attorney will only cost more money that I don't have. The files with
the courthouse show payment arrangements made with this firm but nothing to the people this money belongs too. If you can hire another firm for your suit I would suggest you do so. This firm is famous for filing but sucks and communication and finalization.
