Mike Milner had done an inspection on a house we were purchasing. After purchase we contacted him again to re-roof all structures. He was present on site the entire time and his company did an excellent job. The roof looks great, and they started on a Tuesday and were to finish on Friday. They finished on Thursday. A couple of the roofs had three old layers of shingles, so it had to all be removed and taken down to bare wood. The estimate allowed for some wood replacement, but was not necessary. Mike removed old flues that were no longer in use and installed additional roof vents.
