Excellent construction work
|
Millennium Construction have done 3 major projects in the last 9 years at my hillside home in Laguna Beach. The first project involved digging out a hillside and construction a large parking pad and retaining wall where I could park my motorhome. The second
construction project gutted my bedrooms and bath and remodeled everything into a master suite with a master bath and walk-in closet. The third project undertaken by Millennium Construction rebuilt a retaining wall in my backyard, built 4 new concrete staircases,
replaced my front deck with Trex and surrounded it with a rust proof metal railing, and constructed an elevated walkway around the west and north side of my house connecting the front of the house with the back of the house. The workmanship for each project
was excellent. The crews were friendly and professional. The material's used were of the highest quality and Millennium's CEO, Eddie Guerrero, kept me in the loop and well informed over the course of each project. When negotiating the cost for each of the
projects, Mr Guerrero was fair and was cognizant of California State laws regarding down payments and work in progress payments. All-in-all I highly recommend Millennium Construction to anyone needing construction.
