They accidentally partially opened the window or car door before the car wash. The interior car seat cover was drenched with dirty water. Also, the passenger seat floors - back and front - were wet. The person in charge offered to put plastic on the seat! That's it! When we told him that doesnt clean or dry the area, his response was "It's wet - what can I do?" As they have detail services, he could have offered to have that specific area detailed to correct the problem. He never offered any solutions. We asked for the manager. He called and was told to give us one free car wash. We had to spend hours at home cleaning and washing everything. A total lack of professionalism - no attempt to resolve the issue, no apology or adequate compensation.
