After a car accident on the 405 my car was towed by Metro Pro. As instructed by my insurance carrier, I called Metro Pro to ask that they release the car to be towed to the body shop. The car could not be driven. I was told by the manager Jesse that I needed to fax my documents to them. I explained that I did not have a fax machne and was not able to do that. I asked if there was some other way. He said no. I explained that I was very banged up from the car accident. He would not allow me to e mail or text or provide documents. I explained that I didn't have car and would have to walk several blocks to get to a fax machine. He placed me on a indefinite hold.
