I ordered a product from this company. It was delivered damage. I disputed the charge with my credit card company; however the seller stated they would work something out and refund $75 for repair of damage, so I cancelled dispute with credit card (BIGGEST MISTAKE!). It has been 12 months and I still have not received my refund. I have several emails stating company will refund but it is not processed as of today. I have spoken with Karl, Glenn, Marie and Leo and yet nothing. I have received promises from each that it will be "taken care of". I would never order from this company, a complete sham. I have requested to have John Yeuh to call me but he has yet to call me also.
