I started the process of refinancing my mortgage in early fall of 2009. I worked with several people trying to get the refinancing on the road to completion. However, it seemed to drag on and on. Within the last few months, James Assali has taken over as the processor for my loan. He has worked very hard to bring to reality the refinancing of my mortgage. I found him to be very efficient and James was very good at keeping me in the loop and informing me on what was happening with my process.
I understand that these refinancing processes take a long time, however it wasn't until James took over my case that I finally felt that someone was paying attention to me and my needs! In the end, after consulting with my financial adviser, I determined that refinancing was not financially beneficial to my current status. Having made that decision, I want to say that my experience working with James was always very positive and he was keeping me, the customer, in the loop each step of the way. C. Furrer
