Salesman pitch stated $3.95 fee per month and 2 different percentages per transaction depending on keying or swiping, plus $0.15 per transaction. I told him we were new and had no idea how much we would the service. He asked about my total sales and said I'll put down you're only doing a total of $3000 per month. Well we sell hot dogs so most pay cash at our kiosk. I would get maybe $20 a week in card sales. They took payment for just over $60.00 in sales and charged me twice the first month which was only active a week totaling $54.00 of that $64.00. Yes they only paid me $6.00. I cancelled my account and only had a couple small charges the first 3 day days of September and sent back their reader which they sent the packing label for. I did not use the account again and was promised no more fees by a manager named Mark. I get a call 9/17/2018; we tried to debit your account and its frozen why can't we get our money. I got the run around and Mark was too busy with interviews to talk, his words. They did not say anything about fees for processing a min of $800 at any time but they have those fees. I asked for the archived recorded calls to be researched, talked with 4 managers and every time was like a first time call, even with the same managers. I get on average 1 $6.00 sale per day from cards. In a 20 day selling month that is $120.00. I guess I need to sell about $40,000.00 worth of hot dogs every month to avoid having this company steel from me. Please do not use them. If you are not a large retailer, you will be paying them for the privilege of taking your money.
