I made the critical mistake of opening my merchant account with them. They will find every excuse to hd funds and not release them into your account. Everyone there sounds well equipped to to provide the worst service possible. No one there listen, no one cares, but everyone wants you to pay a higher fee for whatever reason they have for their "security team" not to release your funds. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I am filing an official inquiry with my Congressman to look into this company.
