I work in IT consulting and we used MemoryToGo.com as our vendor for about a year. We purchased hundreds of memory modules from them over the year. Their website is easy to use, they have good prices, and until recently, they shipped everything really quickly and accurately.
Something must have changed around the end of 2009. Our last four orders went completely wrong. Personally, I purchased an upgrade for my Mac Book Pro in 9/2009 that was immediately charged to my credit card, but never sent. I called and emailed them dozens of times all through October, November, and December. Every time I called their computer system "just now went down" and they couldn't help me. They always promised that they would call me back and take care of it but never called back and never responded to a single email.
Our company has moved on to purchasing all our RAM from other vendors.
