Do NOT order from this company--I purchased a DVD for $30.00 total over three months ago. I finally received it over a month ago. Then just last week they charged my credit card again stating that when I made my first order that I signed up for reccuring monthly shipments. They must have this written in a tiny font and is the same color as the background because I don't recall seeing anything like that when I first placed my order. So when I called them and told them I wanted my money back they told me I need to wait until I receive the DVD to send it back to them then they will refund my money. Must be nice to take people's money without sending anything. I guess I will not receive my refund since I don't have anything to send back. They claim it was mailed out the day of the charge but have not received it yet. I have called the company twice about this--asked to speak to a manager but never get that far. In both calls placed to the company I have never spoke to any one who speaks the English language, always a foreign accent--which is very hard to understand. With every comment I make--they respond almost the same exact line each time. I wonder--is it written down for them. Do they read verbatim from this sheet to all of their callers. BEWARE--NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
