I have never been treated SO poorly. I am single female that moved to Riverside two years ago and I need a reliable auto repair shop. I saw a commercial advertising Meineke's offer for FREE air conditioning checks. I went to this location. After they showed me a leek in a hose, they offered to send it out for repair. Okay. They said they would remove the hose and send it off. I am NOT very familiar with cars so I accepted their "word." They brought out my car, gave me my keys, and said have a nice day. I returned the next week and they said "Oh, you left before we could remove the hose." What?! They brought me my car. Fine. Take it off now and send it for repair. I don't hear from them. Finally I decide, maybe I should just get my hose and go somewhere else. Totally prepared to pay for the "hose repair" I return another week later. The guy tells me "Oh, I have to figure out the total cost, can you return on Monday?" Why? I honestly believe that he NEVER got the hose repaired or even planned to. He was SO rude, I drove off in tears. How awful!
