We recently used Meathead Movers and wanted to share our experience. We moved from Long Island out to Ventura in August. It was a challenging move in that we went from a 11,000sqf home to 5,800 sq ft. We had all of our things delivered to a large warehouse whe we came to the west coast, then hired Meatheads to coordinate the pack out. Meathead loaded our things into 7 PODS containers. 3 PODS went to Cannon Beach, OR, 2 PODS were packed and sent to Manhattan Beach, CA and 2 remained in a warehouse.
From our first conversation with Meatheads they treated us professionally and handled all of the questions we had. Our scheduling was a little crazy in that I was flying in from the east coast, my wife was joining me coming up from LA, with all of us trying to meet by 1pm in Ventura. Needless to say schedulues got conflicted, and we did not arrive until 4:30 that afternoon. Everytime we called Meatheads to tell them we would be another hour late they were courteous and adjusted their start time.
We were met by a team of 3 Meatheads, clean cut, uniformed and overall very professional. No griping about the start time, they just went to work. Their leader Jason worked directly with my wife as she guided things into the various PODS. Several times we had to pull things out of one and put into another - again no complaints.
They ran as "advertsied" when not carrying something, were professional in their approach and attitude, worked until 10:30pm without complaint, charged us what they said they would - overall we were very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone
