DON'T GO THERE!
If you think you want an RV and might need service for it, this is NOT the place. This caution is particularly applicable to anyone who does NOT already have extensive familiarity with RVs. RVs are FAR more complicated than your average car and WILL require service which is provided with recognition and consideration of your inexperience. The watchwords should be timeliness, attention to detail, going the "extra mile", and completeness. NONE of these apply here! Their ONLY interest is SELLING THE NEXT RV.
We are novices with RVs though have LOT'S of experience with big sailboats. We thought we were buying a pre-owned RV which was current with preventive maintenance schedules. NOT! We thought that when we needed service (we knew we would) we could schedule an appointment for service and expect it to be kept without delays while they give 1st priority to doing whatever it takes to getting the NEXT sale. NOT! We thought that if we needed a retrofit done because of a safety recall, it would be done with attention to detail and then checked to make sure everything worked properly after the retrofit was complete. NOT! We thought when we purchased the RV and items were identified for correction and placed on the DUE LIST, they would be attended to promptly without the need for frequent badgering to get them done. NOT!
I think you get the message. If you will need caring 1st class customer service, McMahon's RV is NOT Lexus!
