I am a small business owner, and I was over my head in debt. Creditors were calling me on a daily basis, several times a day, and these people aren't exactly polite. In fact; they were very rude, and insensitive to the situations that were out of my control that cause me to get so far behind on my payments. There was no reasoning with my creditors anymore. I started to get mail from different debt collection agencies, I was so stressed out, and at the same time I had some family issues going on, and it was more than I could bear. The creditors demanded full payment on my balances, which there was no way I could afford. I knew that bankruptcy was my only option, but I was afraid that I would never be able to get a credit card again, or start a business. People told me I wouldn't be able to buy a house again. Well, I finally went to McFarlin & Geurts for a free consultation, and I am so glad that I did. Timothy McFarlin explained to me what bankruptcy really was, and that it isn't a moral decision. It doesn't mean that you're a bad person. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, and that is why bankruptcy is there. My bankruptcy went off without a hitch, and soon after my debts were discharged, I started getting credit card applications in the mail. Business is good, and my credit is already improving. Bankruptcy isn't as bad as people make it out to be, and with a good, trustworthy attorney, like Timothy McFarlin the process can be smooth, and a big relief. I would highly recommend McFarlin & Geurts for your bankruptcy.
