Non Motivated and Irresponsible

Hired to secure a reliable tenant during peak availability during summer of 2013, in the past six to seven years, securing a tenant has never been difficult. Taking the advice of this company, we installed new carpet and fully painted our unit. Over a
four to five month period of time, we are in the opinion our place was barely shown. As we have approached the end of the listings contract, they were asked to mail back the keys to us. We received a torn envelope with the keys missing, Nancy has yet to respond
to our phone calls, over a very important matter. Who in their right mind sends keys back in a white envelope, instead of using a reinforced bubble pack envelope so this would not happen. All we wanted was a safe and timely receipt of the keys; now, they are
nowhere to be found and a very irresponsible company does not return our phone calls to replace our keys. How difficult is that?? I would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone!!!
