They are a RIP OFF! I had the same experience. Cancelled before the15 day "free" trial. Was told it was too late and they already sent the 2 bottles, and I should contact them when they arrived to arrange return. 2 weeks no product but was charged $89.95! Contacted them by e mail that I did not receive it, could not take it, did not WANT it, please remove the charge and they sent out the order the day after receiving my e-mail! Since then no response to e mails! Their "free trial" cost me $95.00! Bad business practices!
