Review 9/24/2007

We did a 836 sq. ft. 2nd story addition in February 2006. So far, this has been the worst experience in our lives. The owner, Amir Cohen is so hard to deal with. They will come to your house with this big presentation pretending they are a big company and have their own workers. These guys don’t even have workers compensation insurance. He got unlicensed workers to do the job for a very cheap labor and of course a very very poor quality of work. The stucco is cracking, the ceilings are uneven, the drywalls are wavy, the tiles are not even, the paint is full of patching. We have a current case ongoing right now with the CSLB and I am currently filing for their license bond with the Surety group. One of the rooms which is below our balcony can not be used right now because when it rained in December 2006, it flooded the entire room and as expected, a few months after, molds have formed. The CSLB had called them for the complaint we filed and I can’t believe these guys doesn’t even want to account for the mess they have done. They already got our money so these people wouldn’t care. This company is a one man job, the owner himself buys and delivers the materials himself!
