Ugh! Definitely do not buy from here! I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress, box spring, and furniture to be delivered march 7th. On the date of the delivery, they showed up without the paperwork and delivered the mattress and a cheaper version of the box spring than I bought (I bought Tempurpedic and they sent a mismatched cheaper brand) When I called they said the furniture was on back order and they would deliver in 3 weeks plus the box spring was just a mistake. Five weeks later after several calls I went to the store, Still no furniture and the owner Steve refused to give me a refund and finally consented to giving the refund for the furniture but said it would take 30 days (No idea why since I paid cash~which was my mistake.) He was so mad he refused to give me the 2 pillows which were supposed to be given to me since I bought a tempurpedic (I kept the mattress, the furniture was all he was refunded me for) After another 6 weeks, I went back bc I still had not received the money for the furniture I never received and Robbie refused to talk to me called the police (he Aventura police was wonderful and made him give me the corporate address which I needed to fie in small claims court.)
After another two weeks, Steve again promised the check but again I didn't receive it. I finally went back and I refused to leave and received the check for the furniture I never received. I just hope it clears!
I also realized in the interim that they charged me 14% tax..a scam often used because buyers don't check the hand written calculations...
