Buyer beware!
"Robbie" told me that the warranty covers swag and that I should just call him or the company if there is a problem.
However, once I called and he figured out I actually needed some help, he start telling me all the things he didn't when he sold the mattress.
He is not forthcoming before you buy, only after. He found ways to insult me by being rude; he put me on hold or did answer my calls. Then,when I did get through to the manufacturer, Comfort Bedding of Miami, I didn't get any straight answers.
I should have realized what he was like to deal with when another lady came in while we were there and he was rude to her.
Shame on me for not getting the warranty in writing before I bought. Big Tough lesson!
However, it's worse to be rude and misleading to customers about product and service.
Is this truly the way you want to treat people Robbie? You should think about begin honest up front.
We will never buy from this place again and we will certainly discourage others from doing so.
