Much of what has been said was my experience too. Bad customer service and no info on what's being settled. In fact I am in the 24 month finished making payments and am very worried that one creditor who sue me will come after me when the money runs out and no settlement is made. this firm needs to get it together. would i recommend them NO WAY.
