Disgusted with this company. I was told over the phone they would be here in the AM. The service man did call around 10:30am and said his window time for arrival would be 1pm-3:00pm. He showed up at 3:30pm. So I would advise anyone who is waiting for a service repair from this company to be ready to wait all day. The customer service over the phone with this company was very rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold and the same rude lady answered and acted as if she was the supervisor. Very unprofessional. In all I would not recommend this company for repairs to anyone.
