I called Mark Mazza's Plumbing because water was leaking through my walls. I was so freaked I just told him to start cutting into my wall and stop the leak. He explained to me that he didn't want to just randomly cut holes. He suspected it was my sewer
line and got a camera down to locate exactly where the leak was. It turned out I had a gigantic crack in the pipe right where he said it was. I thought, "oh great, this is going to cost me an arm and a leg." But I was pleasantly surprised when he told me what
we were looking at. After my new customer discount, I paid under a grand and he cut a huge piece of broken pipe out of my wall and showed me the damage that was causing the leaking. Above all I was so happy to see that he was not trying to up-sell me or search
out more plumbing issues. He was there for what I called him for and he fixed the real problem at hand. I am always weary when it comes to tradesmen as I feel they take advantage of women. Mark was friendly, approachable and honest. He walked me through what
was going on, and never once did I feel like he was there just to make a buck off me. I highly recommend him to everyone. He is honest, knowledgeable, and above all excellent in his trade.
