My experience working with David Blain at Marina Hills Mortgage was a nightmare. He was very unprofessional, was not aware of the contracts we had in place (did not read them or know their details) and was constantly trying to get out of his agreements and promises. He was extremely unreachable, tempermental, and when I asked for some kind of compensation to make up for the poor quality of service, he told me to "f--- off". I was apalled and amazed someone in a service-oriented business would have the gall to treat a customer this way.
