I Called this company back in april of 2010 I was getting no phone calls back. I had 3 other people takng care of my file nothing was done about it now all 3 of them people no longer work for this company. I am a very hot headed person when it come's down to giving this company 3,000 and they cant answer my calls Finally I talked to Marilyn she tells me whatever paper work my leader needs I every friday sent out Pay stubs every mo bank statments and Had to do 4 hardship letters Still till this day A yr and 3mons I have no answer whats going on with my house.I finally told Marilyn Just what I think about her company and also her.. after I run around and get paperwork and fax it all to her she come's back with a email to me telling me Im lazy as far as faxing out paper work that I do sent every wk. Please people dont put up with her or her company Your house is on the line here that we all worked so hard on getting and keeping. If I was u call Your leader and fill them in on everything like I did. I am calling A lawyer Up here where i live to sue this company If they come back and say im without my 3,000. And if i get no where with that I will be on the next plane to CA giving her a face to face visit.. Good luck to all Of u with your houses..
