I agree with Ted. I think we should rally together and call the California Attorneys Assoc that John had posted and have a class action lawsuit against them. There is a great number of us to really do some damage to their practice. I started my loan process with them back in October of 2009. An Irvine investigator called me about a month ago with that ex-employee who stole the fees from a number of Scheer's clients, including myself. Still, Marilyn should AT LEAST call me back and should have some sort of insurance against this. They will not call me back because THEY KNOW they owe my $3000. I try and call them once or twice a week. I only get empty promises of at least a call back.
