I referred my elderly mother to Mar Vista Roofing after seeing reviews on Yelp, checking state license and BBB rating. Mom is very happy with the prompt service and diagnosis to repair a leaking vent in the garage roof. Especially since she had responded previously to a cold call (yikes!) from another company that told her the roof needed to be replaced - that guy never got on a ladder to inspect the roof from the outside and made his assessment standing inside the garage with a flashlight. Mom said the kind gentleman from Mar Vista Roofing arrived in a nice truck with ample ladders, and he examined the vent thoroughly from outside atop the roof before determining the roof was fine and only the vent needed to be resealed - a minimal repair by comparison and cost. Yay Mar Vista Roofing - we need more honest business people like you to serve our community!
