Unfortunate Experience

I ordered a shipment and called twice to see where it was. I was told that because my order was only $50.00 and it was close to Christmas--a time when they have to make all of their money--that they could not guarantee I would get my package on time, and that it had not yet been sent out. When I called back to cancel the order (having realized that I didn't like their attitude) I was told that they were going to suggest I cancel the order. Well, I never! What kind of customer relationship is that?
