Beware nonexistent customer service.

I placed an order for two sets of dishes on February 5, 2013. I never received them despite an immediate charge to my PayPal account. Requests for status updates on the order to proprietor Todd Lipscomb on February 16 and February 23 went unanswered. I got a response only after escalating a complaint with PayPal. This scoundrel, Lipscomb, tried to shift blame to the manufacturer which, of course, had nothing to do with Lipscomb's ignoring my emails.
