Horribly rude to the neighbors!!!

I am the next door neighbor of the customer who is working with M & J Construction and I could not be any more unhappy with the crews that have ben working next door. I am a contractor on Angie's List that has won Super Service Awards in multiple categories and we are on Trust Link with 5 star ratings and we understand what customers and their neighbors expect out of a contractor. We are not competing for any services I might add.
The crews that this contractor uses are very disrespectful in many ways. We have a 2 year old that naps in the afternoon and we kindly asked that after 3PM that they please work on parts of the project that do not include banging on walls (we share a large common wall), drilling into walls, sawing outside of our sons bedroom window, etc. They have told us to our faces that they will abide by this but the second we are not in front of them this goes on well into the evening. This evening they were cutting granite countertops until 6PM. At 5PM they told me it would be done in 10 minutes yet that was also not the truth.
After I asked the worker to please speak with his foreman to please speak with his foreman about the time he said he would be done, he started ignoring me and refused to answer any further questions. I was asking if he is a sub contractor or an employee and he pretended I wasn't there. Unbelievable.
They smoke cigarettes in front of our front door (we are not their customer), they smoke cigarettes and blow the smoke over our fence (3 feet from our open kitchen window). We have asked them to go around the corner to smoke yet they don't listen for more than 5 minutes.
The guys are rude and disrespectful and dirty. They leave cigarette butts outside of our house and their trash around the area. These are big no no's in the contracting world. I have been patient and understanding and asked very nicely. They do what they want and don't care.
I can't speak to the quality of work these guys do but I can speak to the way they treat the job site and the way they treat the neighbors. As a General Contractor, I would never hire this company if this is the way they treat people!
