I was being cancelled by my current carrier due to a couple of accidents- went online and got a quote from RSA Insurance (I believe the agent name was Robert) and they not only got me a BETTER price than I was paying before I was cancelled, but also better coverages too. Whenever I call I get a live human to speak with (vs a voice mail system to navigate!). I was and am very satisfied.
