STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had very similar experience as Jay M.: purchased discount version of jump program at USD$1.00 in Oct 2009. After vendor charged my credit USD$1.00 in Oct 09, I received recurring charges of USD179.85 in my Nov and Dec 09 credit card bills. Vendor was very evasion in returning emails. I finally contacted vendor after many tries but they have so far refused a refund and claimed the monthly charges are for joining the "Lowrey Performance Inner Circle" which I never agreed to.
