Bad location. I've experienced multiple customer service issues over the years with Lowe's throughout San Diego county and now in Temecula too. Customers are treated with disrespect and contempt! I complained to management first and when I was basically shooed away and made fun of, I then complained to the bbb. Now I'm getting eerie phone calls from the Lowe's management staff while I'm at work. These people are extremely weird especially when you complain against them with the BBB. Avoid this location, in fact avoid Lowe's in general, its NOT a place that cares about people, only what's in your wallet. I would rate them with no stars if the rating system allowed for it.
