This company undoubtebly has the worst recored I have ever seen for making deadlines. If I worked the way this company treats handling deadline dates, I would long since been fired.
They expect your mortgage payment on time, but when it comes to them being on time, it just doesn't happen. They are now over 4 days late with my mortgage and I'm still waiting. I was supposed to make another 11:30 a.m. deadline this morning. Here it is past noon and they still haven't called. Don't bother doing business with a company that doesn't care about its customers and their responsibilities, it just isn't going to change and it isn't going to happen. If I could change their rating to a -5 instead of 1, I would. There is no concern for the customer and his needs with this firm.
