Here's who i'm talking about, Fred Hsu - Co-founder of Oversee.net. He served as President of Low.com, a leading consumer mortgage portal and was the Company's Chief Technology Officer. Prior to creating the Company, Hsu was Head of Systems and Network Administration at Startpath Inc. where he built an online ad network from the ground up, including all systems and network infrastructure. Hsu has also served in various engineering and product development roles at Rhythm & Hues Studios and Toyota Motor Sales, North America. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
It seems that his online ad network has caused problems with me pertaining to a certain domain name (www.friends2soulmate.com) that was created July 11,2008. I traced all relating info of this domain name back to this person, Fred Hsu. My point is: I'm the owner of a domain name www.friend2soulmate.com, I registered this domain name back in april 2008. I would appreciate it if you closed the account of this domain name seeing that it violates the code of conduct of IAC ( Internet Commerce Association ) which part of the code reads as follows - "Protection of Intellectual Property Rights: A registrant shall follow accepted trademark law and respect the brands and trademarks of others. Members will not intentionally and in bad faith register and use a domain name that is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark. Registrants shall respond promptly to legitimate disputes relating to alleged infringement of intellectual property rights."
