In 10/07 I purchased a lovopoly game. When purchasing my lovopoly game I accidentally provided my boyfriend's old mailing address when submitting my order. I did not realize my mistake until 2 days after purchasing. I went on the website and was easily able to find and submit an email to the company explaining my mistake. Within 24 hours, the lovopoly company contacted me and was able to change the shipping address with no problems and no extra charges. The customer service was exceptional. My boyfriend loved the gift! I would and have recommended this company to my friends and family. ~Patricia G.
