Lou’s Floor Covering is my contractor of choice and I highly recommend this company. I recently acquired a 1950’s vintage house in San Pedro that required extensive upgrades and refurbishment. Over the last 8 month’s, Lou’s Floor covering has completed
several major projects in the house to my complete satisfaction. Projects have included painting the interior and refinishing hardwood floors throughout, replacement of vinyl flooring (including subfloor and rotted floor joists) in a bathroom, replacement
of kitchen appliances and custom woodwork on oak cabinetry, installation of new fans and replacement of light switches and receptacles throughout the house. The most recent project was repair of a leaking shower, requiring tearing out old tile, putting in
a new shower pan and replacing the tile. I am an out of state owner, thus almost daily coordination and communication by phone, texting and email was required. Lou Roupoli, the owner, was great to work with. He regularly sent me photographs of the work as
it progressed, was on the job when scheduled, and completed the work when promised, despite several unanticipated problems. Lou and his workers are honest and respectful of my needs and the pricing is always fair and yields value beyond the cost.
