At first they where prompt and considerate and called DAILY. But.... Once they got our money.... We sent over $3,000.00 for the modification. My wife and I have called 4 times a week 2-3 times a day. and only recieved 3 calls (in 6months). Your Rep. is the most direspectful and unorganized person I have talked to. He lied to us saying that we were approved of a skip payment program with our lender, so we skipped our two payments, our lender called and said that they have only talk to Loss Mitigation 3 times in 8 months, and that we were never approved. In short they are starting foreclosure on our house.
This company is a FAKE, a SCAM.......
