After my initial phone conversation with one of the employee I was sent an PDF application form (Universal Loan Modification Form) via e-mail to be filled and sent back them. The thing which cautioned me was that as soon as I typed into this PDF application Online (meaning connected to the internet) the information seems to be transmitted to them immediately. I did not finish the application and did not save it either. I also got a call immediately from the employee to find out if I had any issues filling out the application and I told them no. Subsequently when I tried to fill out the application it just would not allow me to do giving an error message that certain advanced features were not working and that I need to call them back for a new application. I did not pursue the application any further and also never got any phone call from the employee till to date. I will be very weary of working with this organization.
