We would like to thank LMS for their help in saving our home. It has been a struggle for us to keep up woth our mortgage, since the rate went up and we have the added expense of helping out our two boys that are in college now. I will be recommending Loss Mitigation Services to my friends and family that may be in need of assistance, as we were. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was prompt with getting our modificaiton completed. Thank You LMS and Happy Holidays.
