Buyer Beware - Longlast Battery Corporation On July 21st of 2011, I ordered a Longlast Battery for my Droid X. The company looks legit, they had the battery I needed at a reasonable price. I purchased the battery online with my debit card and paid extra for the shipping. All in all it cost $32.57, and this money was deducted from my account by the Longlast Battery Corporation. After three weeks (which is plenty of time) I still hadn't received my merchandise. I called the number (800-640-7068)on several attempts to determine the status of my purchase and each time, received the voice mail, not a live person on the line. This line is dedicated to sales only. Yes, I did leave my name, number, date of purchase and the information on my purchase order to no avail. They don't have a phone number for service, all they give you is an opportunity to ask your service related query by email. I tried this on several occasions, logging into my account and asking them when I could expect my merchandise. I have yet to hear from them, and it is now September 13th 2011. I don't know how many people have had this issue with Longlast Battery, but I forewarn you that if you ever have any issue with the product you received or with merchandise that you never received, you may never hear from this company. My praise of this company...their prices; what they could have done better...returning my money, my calls or my email.
