Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the CEO on down.
Once the sale/order of furniture was taken (at that point, they were terrific), the entire experience went downhill quickly.
Promised delivery dates were not met - by the tune of 4 months! Phone calls both at the store and corporate level were never returned. Letters written to both the head of customer service and the CEO/owner, Mr. Phil Linder, were never responded to.
I was seriously concerned that the company was going to go out of business, taking my money with it.
I have make numberous purchases with this company over the years, as have my family and friends after my recommendtions to them.
However, never ever again will I place an order with Linder's, nor can I ever recommend them again. A shame, as the furniture they offer is decent quality at a fair price.
IF you can purchase something off of the showroom floor, do it. Otherwise, save the stress and headache and go elsewhere.
