This company is a rip off. Over l month ago I placed an order for a lighter. Immediately debited my account. After 3 weeks, I e-mailed them and got a reply "will be shipped next Tuesday" I have e-mailed, telephoned them, left messages( as they will only allow you to leave a message.) They tell you that they are not receiving telephone calls today, but will .......... between the houses of 11:00 PST. I have left messages and they do no return my calls. and will not respond to my e-mails DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
