Horrible business practices

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a loan company. I was contacted several times by a Wenda Moore, regarding a loan process that I had not completed. I returned the phone call and was told that based on the information that she had there were "several" lenders wanting to lend to me. I paid their $499.62 fee and was sent paperwork which I had questions regarding the language, I was again assured that there would be no issues in me obtaining a loan so I completed and returned the paper work. Needless to say I did not hear from anyone until I requested a refund of the fees paid to Liberty Unsecured. Once I requested the refund of fees I was getting return phone calls (which prior to my request for a refund wasn't happening). I have been contacted by David Stern this issue, to date this issue has not been resolved either satisfactorily or otherwise. I have gotten a run around about what transpired and excused for the behavior of his associates.
